Toothbrushes

I save all my old toothbrushes. They are great for cleaning corners and cleaning trims and textured picture frames. I also use them to polish up my tortoise's shell. I do throw them away once they become discolored or the bristles, bent. 

Rags and newspapers instead of paper towels.

I use rags to clean my house. I wash them and reuse them for a long time. Most of my rags are cut from old towels.
I can't remember the last time I bought paper towels!
