Brown bags instead of paper towels

I save my paper bags from carry-out meals to use when I make bacon or other greasy foods. Since these bags are used to collect grease, and they usually don't on the first use, I put them to work one more time before they get tossed. This limits my use of paper towels and cuts way back on my need to purchase them.

Local Farm: Ray Family Farms

One thing that I do constantly need more and new of is FOOD! I love food. I just found a farm that is closer than almost any grocery store and I'm so excited. They are only open Friday and Saturday and I need to get there Friday for the milk!!
